Due to Dadi's high-quality online English learning platforms such as ABCmouse and years of experience in English Guided Learning through apps, Dadi seeks to partner with more kindergartens, schools, and educational institutions. This partnership involves deploying professional English teachers through coaches to work with them.

It is to provide professional English teacher dispatch services for schools orinstitutions that lack of English teachers.It is dadi-coach that provides English speaking teachers and resources, APPs  to cooperative schools and institutions, and helps them to create American English features according to the actual situation and needs.The dispatched English teachers use high-quality apps such as ABmouse and ReadingIQ, and scientific models to help schools create American English features and achieve a win-win cooperation

The collaborating institutions enable all their students to use ABCmouse initially, replacing traditional paper-based English teaching materials with ABCmouse. Dadi provides training and guidance to their teachers to conduct Guided Learning activities for all students, allowing more students to engage with ABCmouse. Additionally, the schools can offer an ABCmouse After-School Program or ABCmouse Specialized Program, inviting children with a strong interest in English to participate in learning. Coaches visit the schools to conduct oral communication classes.

2. Collaborating Party

A. Provide institutional facilities.

B. Conduct parent Orientation sessions and recruit students.

C. Provide teachers and participate in Dadi's  training and  coaching certification.

D. Teachers provide coaching services to students and guide them in mastering the use of platform Activities.

E. Arrange family learning  activities for students and monitor their completion.

F. Encourage students to maintain their interest and attentively listen, follow along, and naturally acquire language skills during the process of operating platform materials and engaging in interactive games.

G. Assist in coach-related tasks, such as: assisting in monitoring student progress and feedback, assisting with parental services, assisting with student.





VIII.Requirements for the institution

Cooperate with Dadi ’  Teacher  Dispatching Program must meet the following conditions:

1. The collaborating party acknowledges and is willing to use ABCmouse.

2. Willing to select teachers to participate in Dadi's training and act as class coaching teachers.

3. Willing to conduct parent Orientation sessions at school, promoting more young children to participate in ABCmouse specialized classes.

4. Fulfill the contract and collaborate with the coach and Dadi based on the number of students using ABCmouse for profit sharing.





IX.Process

Step1: Learn about the Teacher Deployment Program.

Step2: Determine the collaboration model.

Step3: Communicate with Dadi regarding collaboration matters and sign a cooperation agreement.

Step4: Both parties implement specific matters as agreed upon.

Step5: The partner schools commence enrollment activities.

Step6: Dadi provides relevant resources and support services.

Step7: The coach assigns the personnel to be sent to the shcool.

Step8: Performance assessments and profit sharing are determined on a semester basis.
