The Division of work for Teacher Dispatching Program
I. For Coach (Dadi will provide the support resources )
1.Provide account access.
2.Offer courses and accompanying resources.
3.Provide service guidance from ABC teachers (including the usage process for 28 types of Activities).
4.Supply teachers for oral practice along with oral exercise services.
5.Organize online and offline activities to provide opportunities for students to showcase their skills.
6.Offer parental services to enhance cooperation and satisfaction.
7. Provide Website resources and Chatbot consultation and Q&A.
Among them, the primary responsibilities of the oral English teacher include the following:
1.Offline Guided Learning Class/Oral English Class
(Oral interaction is only for Global-Oriented Students and recitative students; Rhythmic students do not have oral Class.]
2.Family Learning Activity Assignment and Monitor
3.Microclass Attendance Prompts and Feedback
4.Student Learning Progress Records and Feedback
5.Guidance and Supervision for Online & Offline Activities/Performance Showcases
6.Parent Orientation *Emphasis on parent meetings marketing (encouraging parents to choose recitative students or Global-Oriented Students, based on chatGPT's recommendation).

II. For Cooperative Institutions
1. Select the intended cooperative Teacher Dispatching program.
2.Provide school/organization facilities.
3.Provide coordination between in-house ABC teachers and dispatched teacher assignments.
4.Supply students.
5.Collaborate in organizing parents, assisting with enrollment and renewals. 6.Collaborate on promotion and showcasing student achievements.
Among them, ABC teachers are mainly responsible for tracking and achieving the duration of student app usage.
1. Use of 28 types of Activities.
2. Attention and organization of student app data.
3.Reminders and follow-ups on achieving student app usage duration.
4.Coordination with oral English teachers.
5.Maintenance of parent relationships and assistance with class renewals.
III.For Students& Parents
1. Encourage children to achieve their app usage duration based on the guidance from the teacher.
2.Upload videos to the micro-classroom for check-ins and guide children's usage based on teacher feedback.
3.According to the Family, provide more opportunities for children to speak at home.
4.Cooperate with various online and offline activities.
5.Interact with teachers to understand changes and growth in children's abilities and encourage praise.
