Collaboration Model

The Collaboration Model of Teacher Dispatching Program

Kind Reminder:

1.Any collaboration approach is based on profit sharing, aimed at helping schools build or enhance their English language features.

2.Collaborating schools/institutions need to recognize the Guided Learning + oral interaction model and find a suitable position within the school.

3.Dispatched teachers primarily focus on oral instruction; schools need to coordinate and cooperate with related tasks to achieve the desired learning outcomes for students.

I. Whole-School Curriculum + After-school classes/specialized classes Collaboration

1. Model Explanation:

1)All students in the school participate in  ABCmouse curriculum. Two teachers are selected and trained by the coach to correctly use ABC Academy Program  /ABC Art Program to teach all the  students at school, aiming to cultivate students with a moderate level of rhythmic ability.

2)The school conduct additional ABCmouse After-school classes/specialized classes , with the coach visiting the school weekly for oral interaction, targeting students aiming to become recitative students and beyond, creating a moderate service model.

2. Account Configuration:

Each student in the  school using ABC Academy Account /Art Room + specialized classes is provided with an exclusive ABCmouse account.

4.Teacher Qualifications:

1)For the ABC Academy and ABC Art Classroom programs, classes are conducted by teachers from the partner schools.

2)For specialty classes, English teachers dispatched by Dadi work together with teachers from the partner schools to conduct classes, dividing the workload.

5.Venue Requirements:

For non-after-school classes/specialized classes, utilize existing classroom facilities in the school/institution. For after-school classes/specialized classes, allocate a separate classroom.

6.Service Resources:

1)ABC Academy

2)ABC Art Program

3)Introduction of Collaborative Services and Resources for Specialized Class in Teacher Dispatching Program

7. Fee Recommendations for school

1)For the whole-school curriculum, schools/institutions can opt for overall service purchase or increase monthly/semester fees.

2)For after-school classes/specialized classes, charge students individually based on enrollment.

II.Cooperation Models:

1.1+A+N Model

Target: Kindergartens or primary schools with existing English teachers.

Explanation: The institution serves as the coach, 1 represents the head of the institution, A represents the English teacher from the institution, and N is A's assistant (such as  teachers in kindergartens, etc.).

2.A+N Model

Target: Kindergartens or primary schools without English teachers.

Explanation: A serves as the coach and needs to go to the school, while N is A's assistant (such as teachers in kindergartens, etc.).
