Parent Orientation Meeting



I.Preparation before the Meeting


Materials:

1. ABCmouse standard promotional roll-up banner for campus placement.

2. ABCmouse promotional brochures (one for each person).

3. ABCmouse picture books, hand luggage (on-site interactive rewards).

4. ABCmouse ribbons (to be worn by welcoming children on the day of the event).

5. Multimedia equipment (including projector, microphone - host microphone + backup microphone, sound system).

 

School/Kindergarten:

1. Appoint a project liaison person.

2. Develop an event plan (including time, enrollment goals, participation format, incentives, etc.).

3. Arrange for the invitation, attendance, and on-site interaction of dedicated parents.

4. Ensure logistical arrangements for the event venue, venue setup, tables, chairs, and materials in place.

 

Dadi:

1. The project manager at Dadi headquarters coordinates various resources and provides guidance for the event.

2. Dadi headquarters teachers act as the event hosts.

3. Follow up and refine the script to maintain the pace of the meeting.

4. Download the information package in advance and check if it plays correctly.

5. Rehearse the process once.


II.During the Meeting


1. Play ABCmouse songs during the waiting period.

2. The welcoming teacher guides parents to their seats.

3. The project manager instructs parents to mute their phones and explains the meeting's rules.

4. The project manager provides a brief introduction to the project, introduces the host.

5. The host conducts the event.

6. On-site teachers and dedicated parents engage in interactive activities.

7. Timely distribution of gifts during on-site interactions.

8. Carry out effective promotion to encourage enrollment.


III.After the Meeting


1. Answer questions in a timely manner

2. Each class teacher implements the fee collection work for class registration
