1. Have a thorough understanding of ABCmouse offline coaching content.
2. Comply with the overall spoken language course allocation, class time scheduling, and adjustments.
3. Master the ABCmouse spoken language interactive teaching operation mode and process proficiently.
4. Be familiar with the teaching platform's operation and provide timely feedback.
5. Clearly understand the learning progress of campus students under your instruction and take responsibility for the spoken interaction results.
6. Ensure preparation in advance and implementation of relevant ABCmouse spoken language communication content.
7. Attend spoken language teacher-related training and assessments on time and as required.
8. Maintain good interaction with the head of the English department.
9. Summarize personal experiences and challenges in ABCmouse spoken interaction, and promptly resolve and provide feedback.
10. Assist the campus in organizing enrollment activities (including parent orientation meetings).
11. Training for English competition events for young learners.
12. Maintain friendly cooperation with the campus.
13. Effective interaction coordination with the assigned ABC teachers.
14. Answer parent inquiries and interact with parents.
15. Prompt reminders and reviews for Dadi Mini Class (Whale Check-in Program).
16. Guidance and implementation of Family Talk.
17. Reminders and guidance for online and offline activities.

Non English-Spoken Services - -School-based Teacher(ABC Teachers)
1. Guiding App Usage
?Progress reminders: Remind children to follow the established learning path and progress gradually.
?Time supervision: Monitor usage duration data, remind children to use the app, and ensure a certain amount of weekly time.
?Method guidance: Provide guidance on correct learning methods, such as "listen carefully and repeat," to promote effective learning outcomes.
?Encouragement and motivation: Use effective reward mechanisms to spark children's interest and encourage their enthusiasm for continuous learning.
2. Promoting Family Talk
?Share demonstration videos and everyday reference phrases provided by the headquarters with parents of special classes.
?Encourage parents in special classes to consciously incorporate English into their daily interactions with their children.
?Create an English-speaking environment for children to make English use a natural habit.
3. Follow-up on Check-Ins and Reviews
?Provide guidance and reminders to special class students to use the headquarters' Whale Check-in Program.
?Understand the special class children's at-home learning status and methods, and provide professional reviews of check-in videos based on a review database.
?Offer timely guidance on the correct approach and effective study recommendations to ensure learning effectiveness.
4. Group Interactions and Q&A (Online Service)
?Engage in group interactions with parents and children in special classes.
?Use interactions to motivate and encourage the correct and effective use of the app.
?Share and showcase children's learning achievements through micro-chats.
?Actively disseminate important information to parents in the group.
?Provide professional guidance and answers to questions from parents and children in the group.
5. Individualized Learning Communication
?Track and record the individual learning situations of special class students.
?Summarize and analyze learning outcomes, and communicate and provide feedback on individual issues promptly.
?Communicate with individual parents in special classes to show them their children's progress and growth.
6. Guiding Parents with Correct Educational Principles
?Share information related to educational concepts.
?Guide parents in special classes to understand new concepts regarding English education direction, online learning, and Guided learning mode .
