Requirements for the Internship Month Training
Requirement for coaches:
1.Navigate through self-directed learning on the webpage and effectively utilize the Dadi AI robot for inquiries.
2.Familiarize themselves with the operation of the ABCmouse platform (teacher's end & student's end) and the concept of guided learning.
3.Master the content and recommended practices for communicating with parents and children, scientifically promoting optimal learning durations.
4.Understand the types and fundamental practices of expanding business operations.
Communication Frequency and Requirements with Parents and Students:
1. Provide two one-on-one online coaching program tutorials to students per week according to the guidelines.
2. Monitor the daily study duration of students and encourage them to achieve a weekly usage time of 150 minutes on ABCmouse.
3. Conduct three one-on-one communications with parents per week following the training guidelines.
4. Promote the use of exclusive pad learning tools to students and guide the conversion to cultivate children as global-oriented students or recitative students."
Requirements for Qualification in Training
1. 100% attendance in online Q&A sessions.
2. 100% submission of self-assessment forms and survey forms with an average score of 85 or higher.
3. Among the students you are mentoring, at least one should meet the standard of 600 minutes of monthly study duration.
Requirements for Mentoring Students
1. Attend coach's online coaching program tutoring sessions punctually.
2. Log in to the app every day and engage in self-directed learning for 30 minutes.
3. During self-directed learning, follow the coach's guidance to "listen carefully and speak along."
4. Have an interest in and enthusiasm for daily use of the app, maintaining a study duration of at least 150 minutes per week.
Requirements for Parents of Students
1. Understand ABCmouse and assist the child in downloading, installing, and logging in.
2. Provide the child with the necessary devices and a conducive learning environment for using the app independently.
3. Have the time and energy to assist the coach with the child's guided learning tutoring sessions twice a week.
4. Proactively communicate with the coach about any issues related to the child's use of the app, areas where assistance is needed, or changes in the child's development, and so on.
5. Assist the coach in reminding the child to log in and use the app for independent learning for 30 minutes each day, aiming for a total of 150 minutes per week.
