The Process and Methods of Internship Month Training









I. Coach Categories:

1.Individual Entrepreneurial Coaches

2.Institutional Coaches (Head designated by kindergartens, primary schools, and international schools to be the coach for their own schools)

Note: Interested schools need to designate 1-2 coaches from within the school to participate in the Internship Month Training. These coaches are also required to guide two students through a month of coaching sessions, achieving a weekly usage duration of 150 minutes.




II. Training Process:

1.Begin by independently reviewing web and API content.

2. Utilize an ABCmouse trial account, spending 5-7 days in free exploration (details of trial accounts can be found in:https://www.dadicoach.com/Home/Pages?m=11135&c=64476).

3.For those still interested and willing, identify 2 trial students, submit a $20 USD (CNY 150) prepayment, and participate in Internship Month Training.

4.During the trial period, implement practices with parents and children three times a week as per the guidelines, and complete self-assessment and survey forms.

5.After the first-month trial, those who qualify and express interest in becoming official Coaches can begin business operations and concurrently join a more comprehensive 3-month training program. (1+3+N = 1 month trial + 3 months training + group communication and annual feedback exchange activities).

6.Continue using web and API resources.




III. Learning Methods:

1.Material Study (Web-based materials)

2.Online Q&A Meetings (Once a week, Wednesday noon from 13:30 to 14:30)

3.QA Knowledge Base (Provided by AI robot)

4.Question List (Coaches refer to answers based on their own uncertainties)

5.Self-Assessment Form (Once a week, filled out and feedback from both coach and parents)

6.Survey Form (Once a week, filled out and feedback from coaches)

7.Group Q&A (Twice a week, fixed sessions for concentrated Q&A, with the option to raise questions at any time)

1.Common knowledge related to ABCmouse platform, Guided teaching, and coach business

2.Content and recommended practices for communicating with parents

3.Content and recommended practices for communicating with children
